New York 21st Congressional Candidate Constantino condemns poll that shows his Democratic opponent with slight advantage

Republican candidate for New York’s 21st Congressional District, Anthony Constantino, has condemned a recent poll suggesting his Democratic opponent, Blake Gendebien, has a slight advantage in the race to replace current Rep. Elise Stefanik.

This development stems from the latest publications from the Times Union and the New York Post.

Constantino, a former boxer and now a businessman who runs Sticker Mule, is reportedly threatening to sue the pollster behind the survey that shows him trailing Gendebien, according to the Post.

“They put out a totally fake poll and they do this for one reason only – to help the Democratic Party fundraise,” the Republican candidate published to social media.

Constantino went on to claim his team is in discussion with legal figures to see if any further action can be taken.

The poll was organized and sponsored by Survey USA and WNYT-TV News Channel 13 (see the poll results here).

Meanwhile, Mr. Gendebien, a North Country Dairy farmer, says he and his campaign team are going to be working harder than ever with only about two and a-half-months left before the mid-term election.

“This race isn’t about left versus right, it’s about delivering for our communities,” Blake said in a statement released to social media.
