Newport Man Arrested for Criminal Obstruction in the Town of Norway

TOWN OF NORWAY-A 36 year old Newport man is facing a criminal obstruction charge following a report of an assault in the Town of Norway. State Troopers from the Poland Station charged Joel R. Ford with one count of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation-Applying Pressure, a Class A misdemeanor. Ford Was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Norway Court.
