Holland Patent Man Charged with Criminal Contempt and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in Remsen
VILLAGE OF REMSEN-A 28 year old Holand Patent man was arrested following a report of a domestic-order of protection violation in the Village of Remsen on Saturday. State Troopers from the Remsen Barracks charged Jeffrey Douglas Wagner with one count of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree-Disobeying a Court Order and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree; all Class A misdemeanors. Wagoner was transported to Oneida County Central Arraignment for processing. The incident was listed as ‘investigation pending’ as of press time.
