Port Leyden Man Facing Unlicensed Operation Charge in the Town of Turin
TOWN OF TURIN-A 24 year old Port Leyden man was arrested Saturday following a Vehicle and traffic complaint. State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged James Mavrick Phelps with one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree a Class U misdemeanor. Phelps was issued an appearance ticket and the incident was listed as “pending investigation” as of Sunday morning press time.
