North Country resident accused of aggravated unlicensed operation and displaying a forged certificate, Troopers say

WILNA- A North Country area resident is faced with DMV related offenses in Jefferson County.

Andrew William Swanson, 32, of Natural Bridge, NY was arrested and charged on Thursday afternoon by the New York State Police (Carthage) for one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree and displaying a forged certificate without inspection.

According to Troopers, these charges were both filed on Thursday afternoon in the town of Wilna.

At press time, authorities said that Swanson was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
