North Country resident accused of criminal obstruction of breathing: TROOPERS

WILNA- A domestic dispute last week has resulted in a charge being filed against a North Country area resident.

Robert Foy, 55, of Natural Bridge, NY was arrested last Thursday by the New York State Police (Carthage) on one misdemeanor count of criminal obstruction of breathing and/or blood circulation (applying pressure).

According to Troopers, this charge stems from reports of a domestic incident that same evening in the town of Wilna.

At press time, police said that Foy’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
