Oneida County area resident accused of assault in Holland Patent: NYSP

HOLLAND PATENT- A resident from the Mohawk Valley area is accused of assault in Oneida County.

The New York State Police (Remsen) announced on Sunday the arrest of Jason Luis Millan, 25, of Whitesboro, NY for one misdemeanor count each of assault in the third-degree (w/intent to cause physical injury).

According to Troopers, this charge stems from an assault complaint filed in the village of Holland Patent, NY on March 14.

At press time, police said that Millan was issued with an appearance ticket.
