NYSP: Carthage resident charged with aggravated unlicensed operation

WEST CARTHAGE- A North Country area resident is accused of unlicensed operation in Jefferson County.

Ian Michael Crotty, 36, of Carthage, NY was arrested and charged Sunday night by the New York State Police (Carthage) for one count of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree.

Troopers say that this arrest was made in the village of West Carthage, NY. At press time, police said that an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Crotty was issued with an appearance ticket.
