NYSP: Local resident facing felony charge in wake of Jefferson County larceny complaint

LERAY- A Jefferson County larceny investigation has resulted in a felony arrest.

Joseph D. Palladino, 55, of Carthage, NY was formally charged on Tuesday by the New York State Police (Watertown) with one felony count of burglary in the third-degree (illegal entry w/intent to commit a crime).

Troopers say this arrest stems from a reported town of Le Ray larceny investigation from July, 2024.

At press time, authorities said that an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Palladino was released and there were no further details provided.
