STATE TROOPERS: West Leyden resident accused of DWAI, DMV related offenses in Floyd

FLOYD- A local resident is faced with various offenses following a traffic stop in Oneida County.

On Tuesday afternoon, the New York State Police (Waterville) arrested and charged Codi Michael Amo, 29, of West Leyden, NY with one count each of DWAI (drugs), aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree and failure to return license and/or registration and/or plates after revocation.

According to Troopers, these charges were all filed in the town of Floyd.

At press time, authorities said that Amo was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
