Personal injury crash in town of Ohio leads to DWI arrest, Troopers say

OHIO- A personal injury crash in Herkimer County has resulted in a DWI arrest.

During the late night hours on Tuesday, the New York State Police charged Paula A. Shannon, 46, of Cold Brook, NY with one count of DWI (first offense).

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from a reported personal injury crash that same evening on State Route 8 in the town of Ohio.

Emergency officials said one person was injured, but specifics were not described.

At press time, police said that Shannon made an appearance for centralized arraignment.
