Town of Remsen trespass complaint results in arrest of local resident: TROOPERS

REMSEN- A trespass complaint this week in Oneida County has resulted in the arrest of a local resident.

On Monday morning, the New York State Police (Remsen) formally charged Richard J. Barrett, 29, of Remsen, NY with one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in the second-degree (entering and/or remaining unlawfully within a dwelling).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made in the wake of a trespass complaint filed Monday morning in the town of Remsen.

At press time, authorities said that Barrett was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
