Traffic stop Friday night in Lewis County results in DWI arrest

WATSON- A traffic stop late Friday night in Lewis County has resulted in a DWI arrest.

The New York State Police (Lowville) announced that Jesse J. Mooney, 51, of Croghan, NY is formally charged with one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made in the town of Watson shortly after 10:00 p.m. Friday, June 19.

At press time, authorities said that Mooney was issued with an appearance ticket.
