Trespass complaint in Copenhagen results in charge filed against Lewis County resident

COPENHAGEN- A Lewis County resident is accused of violating a court order.

On Monday afternoon, the New York State Police (Carthage) arrested and charged Frank Philip Przybylski, 40, of Copenhagen, NY with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order).

Troopers said this arrest stems from a trespass complaint Sunday afternoon in the village of Copenhagen, NY.

At press time, authorities said that Przybylski’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.
