NYSP: Lowville resident accused in local larceny investigation

LOWVILLE- A larceny investigation in the village has resulted in charges filed against a local resident.

Brooke M. Marshall, 29, of Lowville, NY was arrested and charged Monday afternoon by the New York State Police (Lowville) on one felony count of grand larceny in the fourth-degree (property values exceeding $1,000), along with numerous more misdemeanors for falsifying business records (making false entry).

According to Troopers, all of these charges stem from a larceny investigation that began in May.

At press time, police said that an investigation was still pending.

Meanwhile, Marshall’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
