Troopers charge North Country resident for unlicensed operation in Lowville

LOWVILLE- A North Country area resident is accused of unlicensed operation in Lewis County.

On Monday morning, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Tony Louis Frezzo, 33, of Calcium, NY with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree (three or more suspensions on three or more separate dates).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made in the town of Lowville.

At press time, Frezzo’s arrest status was listed as “other.”

There were no further details provided.
