TROOPERS: DWI charges filed against out of state suspect in Lowville

LOWVILLE- A resident from out of state is accused of intoxicated driving in Lewis County.

During the early hours on Friday, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Nico Robert Pushic, 31, of Latrobe, PA for one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a/ .08 of 1% BAC).

Troopers said these charges were filed during a traffic stop shortly after 2:00 a.m. Friday in the village of Lowville, NY.

At press time, authorities said that Pushic was issued with an appearance ticket.
