TROOPERS: North Country resident accused of aggravated unlicensed operation in Lewis County

DENMARK- A personal injury accident Friday evening in Lewis County has resulted in an unlicensed operation arrest.

Gregory J. Presley, 41, of Black River, NY was arrested late Sunday afternoon by the New York State Police (Carthage) on one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree.

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from a reported personal injury accident shortly after 7:00 p.m. Friday in the town of Denmark.

At press time, Police said that Presley was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
