Carthage Woman Facing Aggravated D.W.I. Charge Following Accident in the Town of Wilna

TOWN OF WILNA- A 39 year old Carthage woman was charged with Aggravated D.W.I. following a one vehicle accident that occurred Saturday evening on Strictkand Road in the Town of Wilna. Troopers from the Carthage Barracks charged Jessica E. Parmigiani with one count each of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated-Per se, with .18% of 1% or more Alcohol in Blood-no priors: and D.W.I.-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. Parmigiani was released to a third party. No further details were released.
