Cold Brook Man Accused of Drug Possession in the Village of Poland
VILLAGE OF POLAND-A 40 year old Cold Brook man is facing drug possession charges in the Village of Poland. New York State troopers from the Herkimer Barracks arrested Michael A. Rice Friday evening and charged him with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and one count of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree-Scales; all Class A misdemeanors. Rice was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Village of Poland at a later date.
