Copenhagen Man Accused of D.W.I. in the Town of Denmark

TOWN OF DENMARK-A 24 year old Copenhagen man is accused of D.W.I. following an early Saturday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Denmark. Troopers from the Carthage Station charged Aiden James McGonigle with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operation of  Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or more in Blood-1^st Offense. McGonigle was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Denmark Court at a later date.
