BOONVILLE- A resident from Southern Lewis County is faced with a pair of disorderly conduct charges in the village.

Boonville Police said on Monday that Blake A. Dragan, 19, of Constableville, NY has been formally charged with two counts of disorderly conduct.

Police officials said these charges stem from two separate incidents that both occurred on July 4, including one on Main Street and the other on Post Street.

However, details were not described by the Boonville Police in their initial reports.

At press time, police said that Dragan was issued with an appearance ticket.
