Lowville Police make two arrests for suspects who allegedly violated court orders

LOWVILLE- The Village Police Department arrested two different suspects on the same day in regards to separate court order violation.

On September 6, authorities charged Jeremiah D. Bakker, 27, of Lowville, NY for one count of criminal contempt in the second degree.

Zachary L. Gould, 26, of Croghan, NY was charged with the same exact offense, according to Lowville Village Police.

Both of these arrests stem from incidents where Bakker and Gould allegedly violated protection orders issued via Lewis County Family Court.

Both suspects were issued with appearance tickets, which are returnable to Lowville Town Court at a later date.
