LOWVILLE- On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, Cassie Robbins-Forbus joined North Country News and discussed her Democratic candidacy in challenging Senator Mark Walczyk for New York's 49th Senate District Seat.

Forbus was among various other Democratic candidates who gathered to speak with constituents earlier this month in Lowville.

She announced her candidacy for New York's 49th Senate District back in February.
