Oneida County youthful offender faced with various DMV related offenses

REMSEN- A suspect from the northern end of Oneida County is faced with numerous DMV related offenses.

During the late hours on Thursday, the New York State Police (Marcy) arrested and charged an 18-year-old youthful offender from Alder Creek, NY with one felony count of possessing a forged instrument, along with one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree and failing to surrender items after revocation.

These charges were all filed in the village of Remsen, NY, according to Troopers.

Due to age and youthful offender status, a name of the 18-year-old suspect was not released.

At press time, the youthful offender’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.
