Poland Woman Accused of D.W.I. in the Village of Newport

VILLAGE OF NEWPORT- A 26 year old Poland woman was arrested for D.W.I. following a Saturday night vehicle stop in the Village of Newport. State Police troopers from the West Winfield station charged Emily Morgan Giarrusso with one count each of D.W.I.-First Offense and Operation a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or more Alcohol in Blood-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. Giarrusso was released to a third party and will answer the charges in the Village of Newport Court.
