St. Lawrence County Woman Accused of D.W.I. and Resisting Arrest in the Town of Martinsburg
TOWN OF MARTINSBURG- A 55 Gouverneur was arrested for D.W.i. and Resisting arrest following a Saturday night vehicle stop in the Town of Martinsburg. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Christina Helen Letham with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor; Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree-Prevent Official Function and Resisting Arrest; both Class A misdemeanors. Letham was taken to Lewis County Central Arraignment for processing. No further details were released.
