ONEDIA COUNTY- The suspect accused of fatally stabbing a victim in the city of Rome, NY in early April is due to re-appear in court this month, as there are still certain parts of the discovery process that need to play out.
As previously reported, Gregory Mignot Jr. has been charged with murdering Michael Brown, 31, of Rome.
On April 1, authorities found Brown’s deceased body between Railroad Street and the 200 block of East Dominick.
Emergency responders said that Brown had suffered a puncture wound to his chest.
