TROOPERS: Lowville resident accused of disobeying court order

LOWVILLE- A local resident is accused of violating a court order in Lewis County.

Jeremiah D. Bakker, 27, of Lowville, NY was arrested and charged Tuesday night by the New York State Police (Lowville) for one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order).

Troopers said this arrest stems from a complaint filed on Tuesday night in the village of Lowville, NY.

At press time, Bakker’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.
