Vandalism complaint in Lewis County leads to felony charge against Central New York resident

DIANA- A Central New York area resident is faced with a felony offense stemming from a reported vandalism case in Lewis County.

Bryce E. Ballway, 43, of Kirkville, NY was arrested during the late hours on Saturday for one felony count of criminal mischief in the second-degree.

Troopers say this arrest stems from a vandalism of private property complaint Saturday evening in the town of Diana.

At press time, authorities said an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Ballway was released and there were no further details provided.
