Westernville Youth Accused of Gun/Weapon Possession

TOWN OF WESTERN-A 12 year old Westernville child was arrested on a gun and weapon possession charge Friday in the Town of Western. State Troopers from the Marcy Station charged the youth with one count each of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4^th Degree-Firearm/Weapon; a Class A misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Noxious Matter; a Class B misdemeanor. The youth was issued appearance tickets for family court and the investigation is pending.
